ChangeMaker - January 2026 Cohort (Jan 6-9th in Miami)

ChangeMaker is a high impact Leader Development learning experience, designed to support senior leaders with expanded self awareness, skill building and coaching to powerfully lead change and create value at the Organizational Level.  Participants use a current project to engage with new skills, communicate a compelling vision, tie their work to business strategy, manage across boundaries, build influence and meaningfully enroll multiple stakeholders to create buy-in and results.  ChangeMaker supports senior leaders with a practical toolkit, a refreshed approach to their work and 1-1 Executive Coaching that inspires change and accelerates impact. 

This program is ideal for leaders who are expanding their impact from a functional role, to a role that inspires confidence and guides the design and future value of an organization.
