ChangeMaker - November Cohort (Oct 2025 - Nov 2026)

ChangeMaker is a 13-month learning experience, designed to support senior leaders with expanded self awareness, skill building and coaching to powerfully lead change and create value at the Organizational Level.  Participants use a current project to engage with new skills, communicate a compelling vision, manage across boundaries, build influence and meaningfully enroll multiple stakeholders to create buy-in and results.  ChangeMaker supports senior leaders with a practical toolkit, a refreshed approach to their work and one year of executive coaching that inspires change and accelerates impact.
