- Application & Selection Consultation with Participant & their Manager
- Energy Leadership Index & Individual Debrief
- Personal Goal Setting Consultation & Draft Project Plan
- 3-day “Leadership Development & Project Planning Retreat” with 10-12 others focused on guided, experiential learning and small group development exercises, using each participant’s organizational projects and deliverables for planning
- 12 months of 1-1 Executive Coaching on Leading Change to support action plans and desired results
- 2 Check-Ins and Virtual Webinars with their assigned Cohort
