An opportunity for West Point Women to be introduced to Energy Leadership through an online assessment, and a group debrief. Unlike personality assessments which are more fixed, the Energy Leadership Index provides a tangible measure for "attitude". When attitude serves us, we are POWERFUL.

About the event
When you register for this event, I will send you an email and a link with instructions to access the Energy Leadership Index. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. For participants, ticket price pays for the assessment, the group debrief is on April 1st, 4:30-6:30pm ET. I will send you an invitation. Once you complete the assessment, I can consolidate your results and you should expect your individual results a day before the group debrief. You do have the option of registering for a personal 1-1 debrief of your results, at a cost of $500, which is 30% off my standard rate. The group workshop will take 2hrs, and a 1-1 individual debrief generally takes 75 minutes, we will book 1.5hrs.
