Harvest Cove Talent Partners was founded in 2022 as a venture buoyed by a core belief that what is given to us was meant to be shared.  Sharing one's "Harvest" creates a ripple effect of positive impact.  "Cove" represents stillness, reflection and protected space, where individuals and teams can be vulnerable, operating outside their comfort zone, enabling growth.  Every year, 30% of our profits are reinvested  in powerful experiential learning experiences that support and nurture ambition in under-privileged youth.
